On the 17th of August 2010, Gabon was celebrating its 50th independence anniversary. For this event, the goal was to create with Graphics eMotion a show that would be up to the standards of that historic moment.
After many months of collaborative research with these talented creators, suppliers were identified in the US, Canada and China that had the capacity to produce this novel concept. All that work’s credit goes to Mr. Abril, Mr. Aziz and their gifted team at Graphics eMotion, all of whom dedicated themselves fully to this project.
With the help of many international teams, Graphics eMotion built a spherical display structure standing over 10 meters tall, and covered it with the latest DEL (Diode Electro Luminescent) technology in order to display and celebrate with the Gabon people the independence of the country in a spectacular 15 minutes sound and light show.
From the nation’s independence, culture, sports and Gabon’s youth, through its ancestral arts, fauna, and flora, to the latest trend dance styles such as Jazzé, and all that characterizes this country and its specifics, the story was told.
